About

Suzanne is a King’s Counsel with a reputation for providing straightforward, pragmatic advice. She has considerable experience in resolving disputes, in and out of court, and advising on a wide range of legal issues, including matters concerning contract, competition, property and trust law and disputes over relationship property and estates. She has appeared at all levels of New Zealand’s courts and represents clients in mediations and arbitrations.

Suzanne now specialises in using her analytical skills, legal experience and commercial acumen to provide opinions, strategic advice and expert evidence to help solicitors and their clients.

Suzanne complements her legal practice with a small number of governance roles. She enjoys applying the same analytical, commercial and communication skills in a more multi-disciplinary context.
